INFRASTRUCTURE — TIMBA CAMPUS

50,000 square yards, planned around the loom.

Warping, sizing, weaving, singeing, inspection and a captive texturising plant on a single campus — so quality is controlled inside the gate, not outsourced beyond it.

Named machines, counted units.

01 — MACHINE PARK
WEAVING 200 × Tsudakoma air-jet looms cam + dobby, up to 6-colour weft, 190–250 cm
WARPING 3 × Jupiter warping machines high-speed beam preparation
SIZING 2 × Jupiter dyeing + sizing combi ranges dyeing and sizing in a single controlled pass
FINISHING Singeing machine a clean, even fabric face before despatch
YARN In-house texturising plant precise-quality polyester for captive consumption
02 — PROCESS FLOW

Four steps from yarn to despatch.

PLATE I — THE WARPING CREEL
IOF IV

Warping

Three Jupiter warping machines build beams from the creel — hundreds of ends wound at even tension, the foundation of every fault-free metre.

PLATE II — JUPITER DYEING-SIZING RANGE
IIOF IV

Sizing

Two Jupiter combi ranges size the warp in a single controlled pass, giving each end the strength to survive high-speed insertion.

PLATE III — THE LOOM SHED
IIIOF IV

Weaving

200 Tsudakoma air-jet looms insert the weft on a jet of air — cam looms for speed, dobby looms for structure, up to six weft colours.

PLATE IV — GREIGE ROLLS, PACKED FOR EXPORT
IVOF IV

Singeing, inspection & despatch

Fabric is singed for a clean face, inspected in-house, and packed for export — one gate, one accountable process.

03 — TEXTURISING PLANT

Our looms don't wait for the yarn market.

An in-house texturising plant produces precise-quality polyester yarn for captive consumption. Fabric quality — and delivery dates — stay insulated from the volatility of the open yarn market.

PLATE V — TEXTURISING HALL

See it woven.

Buyers and job-work partners are welcome at the Timba campus.
