02 — WHY ONE MAKE MATTERS

An all-Tsudakoma shed weaves predictably.

One machine make means one maintenance discipline, one spares inventory and one quality signature across all 200 looms. Orders don't change character when they change looms — the two-hundredth metre matches the two-millionth.

PLATE II — THE LOOM SHED
I

Cam looms

High-speed workhorses for staple constructions — consistent, efficient, repeatable.

II

Dobby looms

Structured and figured designs — twills, satins, dobby motifs — woven at air-jet speed.

III

6-colour weft

Up to six weft colours inserted on a single loom for checks, stripes and engineered fabrics.

03 — QUALITY

Certified systems. Inspected metres.

Quality and environmental management certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, with amfori BEPI environmental performance reporting and Better Cotton membership. Fabric passes in-house inspection before despatch.
